Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.

Please note that Baby CZ will pay the shipping charges for sending the exchanged item(s) to you, but will not cover the cost of returning the original item.

In the case of returned items, Baby CZ will issue web credit in the amount of your return. We do not give refunds. WEB CREDIT IS GOOD FOR 6 MONTHS.

ALL EXCHANGES OR RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please call 1.877.8.BABYCZ or contact info@babycz.com to obtain the exchange or return number and the address to which you should send your items. Without a valid return number store credits and exchanges will not be processed.

Pre-sale or other special sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping

Babycz.com ships UPS to all 50 United States. We do ship and bill orders internationally. All international orders are subject to additional review to insure against fraud. Due to this process, international orders will take up to 4 business days to process. Deliveries are made Mondays through Saturdays (holidays excluded). 

Babycz.com offers the following shipping options:

Ground Shipping

Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received. Orders shipped UPS ground will be delivered within 7-10 days after processing.  

3-Day Select

Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received. Orders shipped UPS 3-day select will be delivered in 3 days after processing. 

2-Day Air

Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received. Orders shipped UPS 2-day air will be delivered 2 days after we processing.

Next Day Air

Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received. Orders shipped UPS next day air will be delivered the day after processing.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, high demand causes us to stock out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will notify customers through email. If no response is received in 24 hours, we will ship as is. Please note, BabyCZ is not responsible for delayed orders due to incomplete order forms or unattainable authorizations from credit card companies.
