Exchanges or returns must be made within 10 days.
In the case of returned items, Baby CZ will issue store credit in the amount of your return. We do not give refunds except to corporate accounts. STORE CREDIT IS GOOD FOR 6 MONTHS.
ALL EXCHANGES OR RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please contact csupport@babycz.com to obtain the exchange or return number and the address to which you should send your items. Without a valid return number store credits and exchanges will not be processed.
We ask that you pack your exchange or return in the original package.
All packages must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please note that Baby CZ will pay the shipping charges for sending the exchanged item(s) to you. For any additional exchanges after the first exchange, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Pre-sale or other special sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We make it as clear as possible on the website when sales are final. For more information, please feel free to contact us.
